Congratulations on purchasing your piece of art! Below you will find general instructions on how to take care of your gift. Please note that all art pieces are meant for indoor display purposes only, unless advised otherwise. Therefore they can’t be used as a trinket holders, trays, food servers or any other vessel carriers. For continuous longevity, avoid placing your artwork in contact with other materials such as metals, plastics and etc. Please do not chip, peel or scratch the paint or other elements of the artwork. Handle with care.

Instructions:

1.Gentle Cleaning: To clean your art piece, gently wipe it with wet soft cloth to avoid scratching the surface.

2. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Refrain from using any hard solvents or chemical cleaners, as they may damage the paint and the structure of the art piece.

3. Sun Protection: To maintain the vibrancy of the colours, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or UV rays, which can cause fading over time.

4. Dishwasher Safety: Do not place the art piece in a dishwasher. The high temperatures and strong detergents can harm the paint.

5. Microwave Safety: Do not place the art piece in to a microwave. The high temperatures can harm the paint.

My design process is collaborative and tailored to your vision:

1. Consultation – We start by discussing your ideas, preferred materials (glass, ceramics, mirrors, tiles, seashells, etc.), colour palette, and the subject or theme you want.
2. Concept Development – I create sketches, mock-ups, or digital previews to bring your ideas to life and ensure the design aligns with your vision.
3. Feedback & Refinement – You review the concept and share your thoughts. Adjustments are made until the design feels just right.
4. Creation – I handcraft your piece with care and attention to detail, bringing the finalized design to life on your chosen material.
5. Delivery/Installation – Your custom artwork is carefully packaged for delivery or professionally installed for larger projects depending on the task.

Shipping:

• Each piece is carefully handcrafted, so please allow 2–4 weeks for creation and preparation before shipping.
• Orders are securely packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• For large-scale or installation projects, shipping or delivery will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Since each piece is custom-made, all sales are final.
• I am not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping or if the carrier fails to deliver your item. Once the item leaves my studio, it is in the care of the shipping provider.
• If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• For larger projects or installations, I work closely with clients to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.

Note: Every custom piece is unique, and slight variations in color, texture, or detail are part of the handcrafted charm.
